Parker Aerospace elastomeric hose assemblies are designed for reliable fuel, oil, and hydraulic fluid conveyance in medium- to high-pressure aerospace systems. Several hose variations are available to meet specific applications. Elastomeric hoses are constructed with a seamless smooth-bore inner tube for maximum flow, with materials that are designed to withstand most aircraft fuel, oil, coolants, solvents, and feature an AS1933 compliant lifespan.
Note: hoses are sold by the foot. Quantity ordered = feet of hose. "If you require the hose or fire sleeve to be cut into smaller sections from the full quantity, please specify your request in the special instructions at checkout."
111 Cloth Braid Rubber Hose - Mainly used on brake applications rated up to 3000 PSI (-4 size) working pressure. Also commonly used for fuel and oil.
112 Elastomeric Hose - 3000 PSI maximum operating pressure.
156 Stainless Steel Rubber Hose - Mainly used on Cessna aircraft for fuel and oil due to its lightweight construction and superior bend radius. Rated to 1500 PSI working pressure.
193 Rubber Hose - Mainly used for instrument hoses. Rated for air and vacuum up to 200-300 PSI depending on size.
Parker Aerospace’s medium- and high-pressure PTFE hose assemblies are designed for reliable fuel, oil, and hydraulic fluid conveyance in even the most demanding aerospace systems.
PTFE hose assemblies are constructed with seamless, smooth-bore inner tubes for maximum flow and include a thin layer of carbon to eliminate static charge buildup. Braided with stainless steel for durability and wear resistance, Stratoflex materials are designed to withstand all aircraft fuel, oil, coolant, and solvents.
101 Lightweight, Enhanced Bend Radius Hose - Tighter bend radius, up to 40% lighter than conventional hosing. Low pressure, high temperature fuel or lube oil systems requiring small bend radius and light weight.
124 Stainless Steel Teflon Hose - Mainly used for fuel and oil. Can be used for medium pressure hydraulic applications up to 1500 PSI working pressure.
170 High Pressure Hose - Superior resistance to wire breakage for high vibration applications, up to 3000 PSI working pressure.
171 Stainless Steel Teflon Hose - Mainly used for hydraulic systems up to 3000 PSI working pressure.
Main Hose for Brake/Hydraulic Use - 171, 111, 124 series (note only Teflon lined hose are applicable for Skydrol- o.e. 124 & 171).
Main Hose for Fuel and Oil - 111, 124, 156, 130 series.
101781-4 clamps are to be used to secure firesleeve material on each end over the basic hose assembly. Part number suffix indicates diameter of the clamp.

Firesleeves provide thermal protection and shield hoses from high temperatures, flames, and abrasion, which can occur in engine compartments and other high-risk areas of the aircraft. By insulating the hose, firesleeves help to prevent degradation of the hose material, reduce the risk of leaks, and enhance overall safety.
10781-4 clamps are to be used to secure firesleeve material on each end over the basic hose assembly.
