Texas Aeroplastics
Texas Aeroplastics replacement parts are made from top grade ABS plastic with an average service life of 15-20 years when properly fitted and professionally painted. ABS plastic parts are repairable and most have been trimmed for easy installation. All exterior ABS plastic parts are white. All interior parts are fire rated, top-grade Royalite with an ivory or off-white haircell finish.
Knots 2U
Knots 2U replacement parts are made from the highest quality hand laid fiberglass. This provides for superior strength, reduced weight, and long life. The latest technology resins are used to prevent warping and shrinkage that can happen with other fiberglass. Advanced tooling and pattern techniques assure a superior fit.
Stene Aviation
Stene Aviation fiberglass replacement parts are five times stronger than the original plastic parts offered by Cessna. They are exact replacements of the originals and come primed and ready for paint. The product line includes Cessna wing tips, strut cuffs, fin caps, rudder caps/bottoms, stabilizer tips, wheel pants and much more.
Aircraft Development
Aircraft Development replacement wing tips and landing gear fairings are made from an epoxy fiberglass construction and are six times stronger and twelve times stiffer than original plastic. They are weather and UV resistant, won't become brittle and are easily repairable.
