Seat Roller Kits for Cessna Aircraft

  • Improved material for strength and longer life
  • Cessna 150 thru 441 series aircraft
  • One kit contains all the rollers, washers, and bushings for one seat

The seat related replacement parts are not serial number specific as the type of seat installed in the aircraft was optional when the aircraft was ordered from the factory. A common seat configuration is the pilot seat being "articulating" or "infinitely adjustable" while the co-pilot seat is the "standard" or "vertically adjustable style".

The most positive way to ensure you choose the proper seat kit for your aircraft is to measure the rollers:

  • SEAT-KT-1:  Articulating seats and model 177 Cardinal seats use the MCS1704-1 roller (approx. 1 3/8" diameter)
  • SEAT-KT-2:  Standard seats use the MCS1551-1 roller (approx. 5/8" diameter)
  • SEAT-KT-3:  150-152 Series and pre-1963 single engine Cessna aircraft use the MC0311310 roller (approx. 7/8" diameter with no wear washers)
  • Obsolete roller 1964-1965: Cessna aircraft manufactured in 1964 and 1965 had a spool shape roller with a smaller bushing. Use SEAT-KT-2 to replace this style roller. The complete kit must be used, as the bushing size is different.

Not finding what you're looking for?

Try one of the following:
  • Clear the Category filter
  • Reword your search using synonyms, or alternative spellings.
  • If searching for a part number, try searching for just part of the part number. For example, leave off the dash number or the manufacturer's prefix.
  • If you get too many results, try narrowing the search down by putting quotation marks around words or phrases that the results must contain. By default, searches look for results that have any of the words that you search for, but quotation marks indicate required words or phrases. Example: If a search for seat rail returns a bunch of irrelevant results that contain seat but not rail, then search again for seat "rail" to only get results that contain rail. Similarly, you can search for "seat rail" to only get results that contain the exact phrase seat rail.
  • If the description you are searching for may have a hyphen in it, try searching both with the hyphen and replacing the hyphen with a space.
